If you have a lost/stolen card please call 1-800-383-8000. 

Shazam Card Services will assist in placing a hold or cancelling your card. You may also call one of our customer service representatives during business hours and we will be happy to assist you. 

Alternatively, you can place a freeze on your debit card through Online or Mobile Banking.

Card Controls

If you have lost your debit card, you can freeze your card through Online or Mobile Banking. Simply select “Card Control” in the drop down menu.

There are several card control options available: 

  • Freeze your card- blocks all transactions at any location until unfrozen
  • Set transaction limits- block transactions greater than a certain amount
  • In person only- blocks all internet, fax and phone transactions
