BSB is growing and adding a member to the Commercial Treasury Team.  The Treasury Specialist is generally responsible for servicing, overseeing, and expanding business banking relationships related to BSB business banking products and services through exceptional customer service and optimal product offerings.  This position works closely with the Treasury Team and Marketing Officer by collaborating on product marketing and product sales demonstrations.  The TS must maintain a high level of customer care while supporting relationships with a high degree of product and service knowledge and accuracy.

Essential Job Function

  • Onboard Treasury customers through detailed system with superior customer service and solutions.
  • Audit Account documentation and verify Risk Assessments.
  • Complete timely and annual Customer Audits and risks assessments.
  • Daily relationship building and service tasks through in person, phone and email conversations.
  • Collaborate on all internal/external campaigns and communications related to Treasury.
  • Collaborate on all marketing efforts.
  • Uphold understanding of all banking products and services, along with company systems and
  • Participate in various collaborative department
  • Strong Emphasis on community involvement in all BSB markets.
  • Adhere to all bank policies and
  • Additional duties as assigned.

Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or equivalent Required.
  • 2 years of banking or other relatable business experience.

HOURS

Full time hours. Branch hours Monday-Friday 8:00 AM -5:30 PM.  You’ll typically be working during the branch opening hours and your actual working hours will be discussed at your interview.
