What an incredible day of community spirit and giving at the Greater Salina Community Foundation Match Madness Event yesterday at the Salina Fieldhouse! Thanks to the Salina Community, over $1M was raised in just one day- what an amazing impact. Thanks to the funds raised and the $300,000 match pool, the 14th year of Match Madness has become ‘The Luckiest One’ yet! We had a fantastic day at the event, supporting our local charities.

We are proud to sponsor the Bill Grevas Memorial Minute to Win It Free Throw contest again this year. Great job to all the shooters! A huge thank you to everyone who came out, donated and cheered on their favorite organizations. Bennington State Bank is proud to be a part of the Salina community!

What is Match Madness? 

Match Madness is a one-day giving event designed to raise funds that provide lasting support to local nonprofits, ensuring they can continue to serve and make a difference in our community for years to come.

When you donate to one or more local nonprofit endowment funds held at the Community Foundation, the Greater Salina Community Foundation matches your contribution up to 50% with an immediate cash grant, which the nonprofit can use right away to address urgent needs. It’s a win-win for everyone!
