Bennington State Bank Kansas State Fair Demo Derby Ticket Giveaway Official Sweepstakes Rules

  1. No purchase or account is required to enter or win. A PURCHASE WILL NOT INCREASE YOUR CHANCES OF WINNING.
  2. How to Enter:
    1. Facebook Entry: Log into Facebook, go to https://www.facebook.com/BSBKSAuthentic. If you are not a member of Facebook, you will need to go online to facebook.com to join. To enter the Sweepstakes, individuals must Like Bennington State Bank’s Facebook page, and Comment on the Sweepstakes message displayed for the specific Entry Period on Bennington State Bank’s Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/BSBKSAuthentic). Entrants may comment as many times as they want per Entry Period, but only one (1) comment per social media forum will qualify entrant for the applicable Entry Period. The person entering the Sweepstakes must be the authorized holder of the associated Facebook account, otherwise, the entry may be deemed void. In the event of a discrepancy in the identity of the potential winner, the entry will be declared made by the authorized account holder of the Facebook at the time of entry, and the potential winner may be required to provide identification sufficient to show that potential winner is the authorized account holder of said Facebook account. Due to Facebook and Instagram privacy settings, if an entrant’s privacy settings prevent Sponsor from seeing entrant’s post, entrant will not be entered into the Sweepstakes.
    2. In-Person Entry: Visit any Bennington State Bank location during the Sweepstakes period. Sign up for the contest by completing an official entry form available at the branch. Limit one entry per person, regardless of entry method.
  3. Prize: Bennington State Bank will randomly select 1 winner. The winner will receive 4 tickets to Kansas State Fair Demo Derby, September 9th at Nex-Tech Grandstand in Hutchison Kansas. The winners will be notified by August 27, 2024.
  4. Odds of Winning: Odds of winning are based on the number of entries received.
  5. Contest Period: The contest period runs from August 23, 2024, to August 27, 2024, and will end at 10:00 am on August 27, 2024.
  6. Eligibility: To be eligible for the contest, you must be a lawful permanent resident of the State of Kansas who is eighteen (18) years of age and older at the time of entry. Employees of Bennington State Bank and their immediate family members (spouses and children) are not eligible. By entering this contest, entrants accept and agree to be bound by these official rules and the decisions of Bennington State Bank. Subject to all local, state, and federal laws and regulations. Void where prohibited by law.
  7. Winner Selection: Bennington State Bank will randomly select the winners from all the entries received. The winners will be drawn by August 5, 2024, and the winners will be notified by messenger, phone, or email on this date. Bennington State Bank reserves the right to disqualify entrants who fail to follow these Official Rules or who make any misrepresentations relative to the Contest and/or the redemption of this prize. All decisions are final and binding. Neither Bennington State Bank nor its employees, partners, and affiliates are responsible for and shall not be liable for late, lost, misdirected, or unsuccessful efforts to notify the winner. The prize is non-transferable, non-assignable, and non-exchangeable.
  8. Winner Notification: Winners for each Entry Period will be notified via the Bennington State Bank Facebook (https://www.facebook.com/bsbauthentic) page through a post to the pages on the business day in which the winner is selected. If the prize notification is undeliverable, the winner does not reply to the Sponsor within twenty-four (24) hours after the winner’s name is posted on the page, or in the event of non-compliance with these Official Rules, the prize will be forfeited, and awarded to an alternate winner. If a winner cannot be confirmed and verified twenty-four (24) hours after announcing the alternate winner, the prize will not be awarded. By entering the Sweepstakes, entrants agree to the use by Sponsor and its designees of their name, city, and state and photograph/likeness for advertising, promotional, and other purposes, worldwide and in perpetuity, in any and all forms of media, now known or hereafter devised (including and without limitation, the Internet) without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law.
  9. Liability/General Rules: Bennington State Bank is not responsible for any loss that may occur in connection with the contest. The winner agrees to hold Bennington State Bank harmless from any liability arising from participation in the contest or the acceptance, receipt, possession, or misuse of the prize. Bennington State Bank and each of its officers, directors, employees, customer representatives, and agents are not responsible for any negligence, claims, liability, injury, property loss, or other damages of entrants and/or the winner arising from or in connection with acceptance, receipt, possession, or use/misuse of prizes awarded or participation in the contest.
  10. Description of sweepstakes: For any incorrect or inaccurate information, whether caused by tampering, hacking or by any of the equipment or programming associated with the contest. Furthermore, if there is any suspected evidence of tampering, hacking, or interference with equipment or programming associated with the contest beyond the control of Bennington State Bank and their partners which corrupts or impairs the administration security or fairness of the Contest, Bennington State Bank reserves the right to disqualify any entrant deemed responsible for such corruption, suspend and/or terminate the contest and select a winner from the entries received up to the time of such termination or suspension.
  11. Tax Issues: Bennington State Bank will report all prize winnings to the appropriate state and federal agent as required by applicable law. Winners are responsible for all tax consequences, if any, of the prize.
  12. Consent to Publicity and Release: By accepting a prize, the winner consents to permit Bennington State Bank to utilize his/her name and likeness in promotional and other Bennington State Bank materials, without additional compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. All entrants agree to release and hold harmless Bennington State Bank, its partners, employees, agents, representatives, and affiliated companies of any and all claims of any kind arising directly or indirectly from this contest, any contest prize, or any publicity about the Contest.
